Darren, Make sure your S9HD bluetooth is set as the default audio device on Sounds and Audio Devices Properties. You can get there through the control panel. Also you might want to connect to your bluetooth before you open your media software and if it was already open close it and open it again. Good luck.

Hi, I recently bought a set of SD-HD. They sound GREAT paired with my Blackberry, but when I have them connected to my Dell laptop, I can’t get music or any other media sound to come thru. I know for sure that they are installed correctly and the pause button works when playing a tune from my laptop. I spoke with a Dell tech and she took over my machine to see if any problem. Couldn’t find one. Suggested I contact their accessories guys (at an hourly fee) to see if they could help. Any suggested would be appreciated. Thanks!

What I’m wondering is, if I get this headset will it mess up like the last ones I had. I had the Motorola rokr s9 and soon after 2 months passed, the buttons started to get all messed up. for example the play button would lower the sound. the pause button would rewind the song etc. I also read of other users having this problem due to perhaps moisture getting passed the ear buds. Please let me know what others think before I might buy this product.

to cesar, i have a sony ericsson w890i, and im using motorola HT820, it works because they are a2dp compatible. and i try the New S9hd to my sony ericsson phone and it works perpectly.
i hope this will help.

Cesar, the only thing you wanna make sure is if the W980 supports A2DP. GSMArena.com (http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_ericsson_w980-2249.php) shows on the W980 specs page that the W980 supports A2DP.

hi!, well i hope u are all fine, i have adoubt about these headphones, iam gonna get a sony ericsson cell phone and i want to listen music wireless with the bluetooth, so, i dont know if the s9 will be compatible with my new cellphone, i mean, because they are from diferent conpanies, the phone iam going to buy is sony ericsson w980. please let me know if there will be any trouble making them work together,, thanks
