Mine also broke.
When you’re careful (don’t leave them in your car on a sunny day) they should last quit long.
The service in Europe is no good; I never got a response after my complaint.

Unfortunately I somewhat agree with Jeff. Mine broke after about 1 month of use. Brought them back to the store, but they don’t carry them anymore so they would only give me store credit. It sucks cause they are really good before they break. I want them replaced. I don’t want a different pair. Going to try to do the warranty. Hope it doesn’t cost too much to send them to California

P.S. I have a big head, so James might actually be right.

I just ordered a pair. They look cool and perfect for what i will be using them for. Just like the previous post I hope they don’t brake. But then again I read a lot of reviews before ordering and I have to say this is the first negative post I have read.. Anyways for $32.00 I’m not gonna complain we shall see. This person probably really does have a big head and man handles them. I will post when i receive them and get some use out of them and let everyone know yes or no….

This is actually a great product, and for the price is amazing with it’s 3D surround sound…I work for Wireless Toyz in San Antonio and I have 9 years in the wireless experience…I use this headset everyday while I jog, and sometimes while i’m in my truck…It’s a great buy

I just purchased a set. These look awesome. I just hope they dont break or arn’t broken when they arive. I only paid 25$ bran new so I had to testem out. I will leave another comment when I take these out of the box.

Jeff, maybe you’ve got a really huge head, as big as those who have hydrocephalus.. that’s why the headset broke.

those headsets doesn’t adjust to bigheads like yours, that’s why.

Jeff: maybe you have a large head, no joke – some headsets are just not compatible with certain peoples’ physical characteristics.

This is the worst piece of shit headset EVER! This is the 3rd pair that broke. The plastic circular piece keeps breaking. The first pair I had, the store replace the next day because they broke. That pair lasted about 2 months, before I let someone try them on and they snapped again. I called the company and had to threaten them before they would replace them. I sent them to California and they replaced them. The first time I wore them, THEY BROKE! They are junk. Don’t EVER BUY THEM.
