So it took me about 8 times pairing each one till i got the s9 to work with the sony transmitter. But the above tip is correct, you need to have the adapter unplugged, pair the s9's with the iphone, then plug in the adapter, pair the adapter to the s9. Then I had to go back to the iphone and turn bluetooth off then back on then it worked perfectly. And if you remove the adapter, turn the s9's off, put it all back together and it still works, no more pairing needed.

Exactly the same problem as Tom. All works fine until someone calls. Takes the call ok and then starts playing the music for a second before pausing. If you try and press play again on the iphone it just keeps pausing again. You can reset it by taking the icombi out and putting it back in again, which is an obvious pain in the bum, especially if you are running.

However if you use the S9 pause/play button, press it twice and it works! So alls well that ends well there. Not perfect because it should really just fade the music back in after the call but it's not too much hassle to press the pause button on the S9 a couple of times after a call.

Dunno how the guy in the video got it to fade back in???

Is the iCombi the only adapter that work 100% with the Motorola S9?
i mean, previous, next, play pause functions of the headphones. other A2DP adapters from other brands work exactly the same, with all that functions?

But i cant manage to have both working at the same time like on the video. What is the procedure step by step to pair the S9 with both iphone's bluetooth and bluetooth adapter ?

Brad,

Good to know that your S9 is working fine for you. About the Jabra A125s adapter, we have heard a few complaints about the week signal...

Thanks for tip about pairing the S9 with the iPhone first, and then plug is the iCombi and finally the headset to it. I am sure it will help many people having some hard time making it work properly!

Take care.

Just wanted to say thanks for the tip on the Moto S9 headset and the iCombi adapter. They work great with my iPhone! I have full control of my music and phone calls without ever touching my phone.

Note: Make sure to bind your headset to your iPhone first, then plug in the iCombi and bind your headset to it. It's the S9's ability to be paired with two different devices at the same time that allows it to take calls and stream music.

Even if you don't buy the iCombi...

Don't buy the Jabra A125s adapter. It's BT signal is too weak and fits loosely in the iPhone. I returned mine yesterday and bought the iCombi instead -- it costs more but it's well worth the extra $$.

Hey,
Got the icombi ap 21 with the moto s9 today and all works as advertised... except that after a call is hung up the music comes back for a sec and then stops. It doesn't come back until I remove the icombi and re insert it. Any thoughts?
